Our availability changes quickly so the best way to confirm what we have open is to call or text.  If we are booked, we will place you on our waitlist.

We have a simple month-to-month lease agreement.  You can request a lease via text or email - it's quick and easy to fill out right on your phone.

Yes. You will need to cancel before the 1st of the following month in order to receive your deposit back. This is to help us manage our reservations better.  If you do need to cancel last minute, and we are able to refil your bed before the next month, we will refund your deposit.

We book on a first come first serve basis.  Due to high demand in CLT, spots do fill up quickly so we encourage you to act promptly.  No spots will be held without a deposit.

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your reservation.  This deposit is fully refundable provided that you give us atleast 30 days notice before you move out.

For safety reasons, you will need to provide proof of employment with your airline.  This way we know you have successfully passed a background check.

Absolutely!  You can setup an in person tour at anytime before you book.  *We cannot hold beds without a lease and deposit.
