How we operate
Our crashpad only has cold beds. Meaning, when you rent a bed it is yours only. You will stay in the same bed throughout your lease and you will not/ cannot share it with anyone else.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, no outside visitors are allowed.
No. Our crasphad is for commuters or those on reserve. We do not enforce a cap on the number of nights you can stay every month and trust that you will use the crashpad for work purposes only.
Our crasphad can accomodate up to 9 guests at a time. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of crashpads, very rarely will everyone be there at the same time. So although it may seem like a lot, you may actually have your room or even the house to yourself at times.
There is storage underneath each bed and closets in each room to share. We provide luggage racks and hangers. There are also dedicated spaces in the kitchen pantry and refridgerator for personal items.
We do not have private rooms at this crashpad. However, we do have another crashpad nearby that does.
What to bring and what you don't need to bring
Sheets, comforters and one pillow are available for each guest. You are responsible for washing them during your stay and for the next guest before you leave.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a keurig, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, etc. We also provide trash bags, dish towels, sponges and dish soap.
We provide hand soaps, hand towels, toilet paper & paper towels
Bath towels, facecloths, body soaps, shampoos/conditioner, laundry detergent, iron.
We have a cleaner who comes monthly. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourselves and keeping the home tidy in between cleanings. Towels, sheets and taking out the trash are your responsibilities.
There is a TV in the common area that's hooked up to WiFi and can connect to your streaming service. WiFi is included.
Conveniance to CLT
If you are bringing a car, we have plenty of parking. We are 5 miles away from CLT and about a 6 minute drive.
If you aren't bringing a car, a ride share service will cost around $10-$15 depending on when you're coming/going. We reccomend getting dropped off at the employee parking lot and jumping on the shuttle from there.
Charlotte doesn't have a huge public transportation like other major cities. However, it is an option. We are roughly a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and the overall commute will take about an hour.
